Q: Do you allow Adult Content?
A: Yes and no. We allow legal adult content. Absolutely NO CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

Q: Do you allow nulled scripts?
A: No, any nulled script or a script modified to bypass any copyrights are not allowed on our servers.

Q: Is SSH access included?
A: Remote SSH access is not enabled by default on our shared/reseller plans, but you can now request remote SSH access by simply contacting our Support department!

Q: Is there a limit to how many emails I can send?
A: All accounts are limited to 500 emails per domain per hour. Spam and bulk mail are not allowed.

Q: Do you allow remote MySQL/MSSQL database access?
A: No, remote database access on our shared/reseller plans is not supported.

Q: How long does it take before my domain is propagated and active?
A: After you change the nameservers for your domain at your registrar to QuexSolutions nameservers, it should take 24 hours or less. Usually, you will be able to access your domain within minutes.

Q: Can I resell accounts with my QuexSolutions account?
A: No. Your QuexSolutions shared web hosting account may not be used to resell accounts, add-on domains, etc. If you would like to resell, please order one of our Reseller Hosting plans.
