If some services are down, should I submit a ticket or do you handle this automatically?



If some services are down, we will log in to your server right away and fix it. If the available technician didn't fix the services on time, you may submit an emergency ticket. If your entire server is down, and it's not responding even to ping you may need to contact your data center, or if you have given us access, we will contact your data center.
