Where can I find my login information for my backup service?

If you do not have these, you can find them using this guide.
  1. Login to the Client Area.
  2. Click on Services, then click on My Services.
  3. Click on View Details next to the service you are trying to access.
  4. In the first tab (Information) you'll see a host name under IP Address, this is the hostname you will use to connect to your service (the IP may change, so we recommend using the hostname).
  5. Click on the Change Password tab to view your current username and password for that service. If you'd like to change your password, you can also do so here.

Now you're ready to connect to your service, here's a list of the available protocols and their port numbers:
  • FTP (insecure): 21
  • SFTP (secure): 2200
  • SCP (secure): 2200
  • rsync (secure): 2200
  • SSH (secure): 2200
