What happens if I am late making a payment?



All shared/reseller hosting accounts must be paid no later than 3 days after the date due.

As per our Terms of Service, failure to make payment within the 3 days will result in account suspension. Accounts reaching 30 days past due are automatically terminated. Once terminated, your account will be completely removed from our servers and will not be retrievable.

All other products including VPS/dedicated hosting accounts are due on the date due. If not paid on the due date, the server will be deactivated and scheduled to be formatted and redeployed.
