Dear Customers,

Throughout 2016 our most common support ticket was concerning IPs being blocked in the firewall on our servers.

For those that aren’t familiar, the CSF firewall is a layer of protection added to your account as it will automatically ban IP addresses that have failed login attempts or other activity that could be deemed malicious.


Good news though! We’ve added an automatic “unblocked” to our Client Portal. If you suspect your IP address has been blocked by the server, all you have to do is login to our client portal and it will check and unblock for you!

If you’re using a different device or if the IP blocked is one of your customers (i.e. Resellers) you can simply navigate to “Unblock IP” under the support tab in the user interface.

While you’re always welcome to reach out to our team via Telephone, Live Chat, or our Ticket Desk 24x7x365, this should save you some much needed time to unblock yourself when this happens!
